I am using Biz68 and I had been experiencing very slow internet since yesterday afternoon. It took 5 minutes + to load a lowyat page and a lot more time to load facebook. sweat.gif

Anyway, is calling 123 free?

Oh ya, how you guys check for quota?

I finally manage to call Maxis. She said my quota already finished which was 30GB.

When I asked her is it the 30GB has been finalized? She said yes.

When I trying to ask more question, she just like kept quiet and like refuse to really answer me and refuse to compensate me since I was not inform regarding to the policy changes. At the end of the day , she said she was sent my complain to their top management as well as my request.

This is the 1st time I met a customer service operator that keep on kept quiet. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

I got the same issues as well. I think is location problem. Back in KL I do not suffer such issues , now I am currently at hometown and I am suffering such issue >.<

Really got no ideas what happened in Maxis. Hopefully there will be some Maxis Staff who care to share with us any news from Maxis. smile.gif

Yeah it is fine now smile.gif But my main Browser is Safari.. got any idea about Safari Browser?

Currently open fb in Safari still kinda cacat.. whole FB interface gone and just white background with words on it.
