A bit confuse now...
Before this.. when check.. it says quota 30 GB..

This morning.. when I call.. they say suddenly my quota is 6GB and i've used it all ~.~"
And no.. maxis didn't send me any sms for 80/100% usage...

But i still can browse normal speed.. not throttled yet..

But still.. CS can't check my usage/balance... it's their 'new policy' ~.~"

same thing happened to my sister to... before this the quota was 30GB suddenly reduced to 5GB... what is the real problem yerk??? does they want all of us get hypertension with this situation?????

my case is i over 30gb quota ,received the sms, then download another 8gb of data it become full throttle ... 2-3kps , cannot load any webpage ... i really dont mind the quota actually, i hardly download stuff just remote control alot with my office and home server, cctv... and utubing abit.. if throttle speed is stable 1mbps im happy... but 2-3kps it not acceptable.. u cant send a whatsapp msg real time also..

Call Maxis. Ask for additional data.

Phone Maxis explain to them their throttle speed is unusable

Ask them to waive 1GB of data

Could be worst, my area tower got issue 2 day not fixed

this vpn that people intro me is real weird, but useful, it disconnects the dial up by modem, and then dials in using the vpn, and voila, online, but my dialer shows not connected

dont ask to get unlimited quota, instead ask them to increased capped speed as well. 384kbps will do! I just chat with CS and they said our plan is mobile internet plan, so the capped speed are 32kbps instead of 64kbps which is applied on broadband plan!

Both 64kbps and 32kbps are joke

even 64kbps also cant use, 384-512kbps will do

what is the main reason maxis want to screw all corporate customers with this quota capped? the FUP excuses, doesn't make sense to me.

btw, have them decided yet? i always hear that maxis top management is on meeting.
