guys...i subscribe 68biz (so called unlimited) last year. does that mean i'm stuck with poor unstable line and capped quota for 2 years? mine got contract.

i've been calling maxis....until i give up already. line is not stable, always change or switch between wcdma and hspa+. peak hour slow until cannot surf. on a sunday morning, i can get 3mb download, and this is the time i download some movies. i tried watch astro onthego with it, unstable and unable to view compare to unifi. now if they capped at 5gb, wtf is this line i sign up for? surf at peak (after work) cannot, watch online tv cannot, download cannot.

Try put your sim card to a 3g modem or other phone, this could be due to the phone, I have this bad experience last time because my previous phone always have bad 3g signal, after I changed to a new phone, the problem solved. Of cause this is just an assumption, no harm trying before sewing maxis.

i'm using 3g modem. e372. i did get help from lyn but end up calling maxis.
they give me a lot of shit reason.
tower down, not in range, too congested, and the last, set up a new tower. everytime they promise call back but never 1 time succeeded in doing that. i still got 1 and half years till contract ends...this is horrible if they put a 5gb quota. i know i hardly reach that figure, but if i got download movies, may be i will hit 6 to 7 gb per month...

agree with u. problem is not everyplace got tm line. my house already apply for tm fix line 6 months already. no action by tm. my house in the middle of kb town also cannot pasang tiang... if no tm line.. no streamyx also... anybody know where to buy tiang for tm line aaa?

if maxis continue with this kind of service.. gladly terminate my biz99 since already got celcom bband (which is way faster in kb) and digi broadband (also fast at my home area)... if gonna terminate.. will ask my wife also to terminate her maxis line... my brothers.. sisters.... aunties.. uncles... nephews... neighbours.... even my jkk also...and etc2.... lets all jump ship to celcom or digi... or watever as long as it is not makcis...

tell to our close relatives, friends,, etc2 on how suck maxis services... for maxis spy out there.. report la to maxis... they're suck.
