I am burstnet customer, how about you laugh.gif

ping 200-280 sad.gif
*
Burstnet network is not that good. And a little expensive IMO.

PhoenixNAP Secured Server have best connectivity and also good latency from here. But i don't find any vps provider with small vps plan hosted with them. Ping 220ms-240ms. sad.gif

Now i'm just using Ramhost TinyVZ USD15/year hosted on Wholesale Internet in Kansas City. Ping 260ms-280ms. Bandwidth provider just Hurricane Electric and Cogent though. But i can push my download speed to the max of the Maxis speed with them. thumbup.gif

I got a coupon with BurstNET so I am lucky. My network is good, able to full speed as well since burst got so many server, I remember I choose LA but I under utilized the VPS sad.gif

Gigabit internet, hmmm, I think worth my 4 ringgit every month. Time to goodbye to Burst  biggrin.gif
*
RM4 per month and it's personal server is better than charged over RM20 a month from local vpn provider. laugh.gif

You may try this if you want. It's cheaper.

O32
32MB RAM + vSwap
2GB RAID10 Disk Space
500GB Bandwidth @ 100Mbps (host node on 2 x 1Gbps)
1 IPv4 + 4 IPv6
Denver/Tampa
$8.24/Year with "25VPS" coupon

http://serverdragon.com/openvz.php

You can push max 50Mbps since the vps only can process 50Mbps traffic in and out. (100Mbps/2)

ps: I'm not affiliated with them, but they have good review everywhere.

This is even more sweet but that kind of RAM, wonders can it  even run OpenVPN properly with a few clients

Thanks for the good deals  rclxms.gif

Unless I optimize my CentOS

My Centos with OpenVPN and webmin already 100+  sad.gif
*
Use Debian distribution instead. Debian 6 vanilla install only use 5MB-6MB RAM. I just install CSF firewall and OpenVPN and it's just using 14MB RAM with only me connected to it. I'm using Debian 6 64 bit, if using Debian 6 32 bit it will use less RAM. laugh.gif And lastly, OpenVZ virtualization use less RAM because of shared kernel. biggrin.gif

Ah we're derailing too much. sweat.gif

Don't lah bro. So far it's my vpn with the best connectivity. Because i cannot push more than 10mbps, so anyone with higher speed than me here can test the performance.

This is speedtest from the vps itself. biggrin.gif

I feel got some problem as my usual cachefly which to get to around 8MB falls below 1MB that day

Guess time to create ticket or move to the TinyVZ brows.gif

Mind to do a speedtest for me? notworthy.gif

Previously owned OVH, freaking fast for torrent brows.gif
*
Cachefly is not good for speed measurement since it highly compressible file. The speedtest above is not hosted on my TinyVZ vps (Kansas), it's on vps located on PhoenixNAP. 2 VCPU, 512MB RAM, 20GB HDD and 1TB monthly bandwitdh for USD5.00 is quiet cheap. biggrin.gif This one best for surfing because of best peering.

This is speedtest requested on TinyVZ vps.
