Except when we're having a problem since that's the main reason the thread is here.

Make as much noise when their service is bad, just keep quiet when your connection is good.

Since no one is ranting/complaining/b****ing now, maybe it's a good sign that their service has improved.

Well, it seems that my problem of no connection on afternoon is happening again. I'm just gonna wait and see if this is happening again

ddr3 well, I'm gonna monitor my connection from noon to 7pm for a few days.
Then if it's proven I'm gonna make a report.

But I can guess the cso's answer: Sir, u've already used up your quota, so now your speed will be throttled.

Just called cs, since i can't connect to the internet at all since i got home from work. Cso told me there's a problem with their network and there's no ETA yet when this will be over.

I'm facing extremely slow and intermittent drop in my connection this morning. Anybody else experience this?

Called cs, he said he'll reset my port. Connection is now okay, but still with intermittent drop.

Late afternoon i can connect to the network but surfig was impossible. Called cs and my problem was escalated to their technical team.

Gonna see what's going to happen in these few days

Update: network is back but still slower than normal.
Youtube videos can be streamed with some buffering.

Today i can only surf for a while before the speed became slow again. Called cs and ask him about my case and he said no update yet fom their technical team.

I've been facing slow and intermittent connection for more than a week. Every time it happens i have to call cs and have them reset my service only to repeat that after a few days.

After 13 days and numerous follow up calls, Maxis finally get back to me around noon today about my connectivity issue. Turns out they had a hardware problem.

My connection is more stable since this morning.

For a few days I've been getting super unstable connection.

This is my ping status from morning until now:

It's not unusual for me to be unable to stream youtube videos even at 240p resolution.

Location: melati impian apartment.

Now i can stream utube videos.

so, this thread is a faster channel to escalate problem then to contact the CS.
