giler ah maxis. takleh check quota.. takleh check balance.. apa yang boleh? no sms notification when reset. what else?

sebelum ni masa unlimited memang CSR diorg takleh check kuota untuk customer unlimited... tapi sekarang pon tak boleh check jugak... dah unlimited semula @ sistem pon cuti umum hari ni??

This is what I got from my modem inbox:

any1 else which reset today get to check your quota from cs?

just online chat with CS, they said since yesterday they not able to check quota for us anymore...

cs said if we use phone, we can check the data usage from the phone apps.... hahahaha....

Maxis don't care about us anymore.
They just want to watch the world burn.

Just having fun chatting to maxis live chat last night.... seems like they're avoiding giving any clarification about quota. Need to press them for giving out any info... i'll keep fighting for biz68/biz99 user. I just need u guys to keep the complain to mcmc. try to include a phrase of "dishonest misconduct by the provider". make sure u guys have a copy the email, complain u sent. I'll try to make the correspondent ministry involve in this matter. LoL.We'll try to hit it hard this time

it's still under discussion. what they're discussion: 1. how to further reduce quota 2. how to disable us from checking quota 3. how to make more profit

funny thing about unlimited is... imagine if we went to hotel.. pay for buffet dinner or breakfast... but everyone paying can only eat 1 plate of nasi lemak. hotel mgt say: FUP... T&C applied.

And at my office speed also around 3Mbit

How can I try?

same here.speed is not stable and yesterday night even worst,suddenly no internet connection.

any idea?

Symptom, you can connect to 3G but unusable / throttled speed

But I am not throttle, go to office no problem
