Bring your SIM, tell them to test that SIM on the spot.

If working on them, plug E398 and try again.

P/S : no need reinstall driver, both of them same.

I can confirm Nano incompatible with E398 due to it is slimmer. But to play safe and save your previous time, better go for Nano tongue.gif

I dun trust this kind of adaptor actually, what i do is  ~

Cut a Nano size sim from a deactivated Micro or Mini sim , use its bracket to house the Maxis Nano sim ~ this option if you want to make a Microsim adaptor or Minisim adaptor  for the Nano sim.

Its simple when you have a Microsim and Nanosim cutter. Both cutter combined prices can be purchase for < rm20 now.  thumbup.gif

If your SIM is jam inside the SIM slot, when you remove it the thing will pull the SIM pin together with it doh.gif

I got my own MicroSIM cutter but not Nano since dont like iPhone 5

You can apply multisim but those multisim won't have any data as your main account wink.gif

I multisim and use one on my phone for phone calls but without data and another one with data on my modem.
