how to complaint if the connection will sudden no internet access or significant speed drop till 50% of normal speed?

ddr3 well, I'm gonna monitor my connection from noon to 7pm for a few days.
Then if it's proven I'm gonna make a report. But I can guess the cso's answer: Sir, u've already used up your quota, so now your speed will be throttled. |
