schizophrenia?? ... It explains the second part..

If the problem is still there on most days, its likely that he has a psychotic disorder, schizophrenia ,which is one of the most common psychotic disorder and is faily common. The symptoms are talking or laughing to themselves, paranoid , hearing voices or seeing things (hallucinations), behaving and talking weird. Lay man may think these people are "gila" but the fact they have a psychotic problem and they can be treated.
Tho, its too early to say if yr friend has it as he has to be assess by a doctor first. If u are worried bout him, take him to a local doctor and if there is a problem, he will refer yr friend. The earlier he gets treated, the better the outcome.
