Take LRT stop at KLCC. You come out from K Avenue, turn right (KLCC in front of you). Walk till you reach one big junction, you will see Public Bank headquarters in front of you. Cross over to there, turn right (you should see Australia Embassy on your left and will pass by it), if you see British Council, you wrong way. Keep walking till you reach Phileo Avenue. About 10 min walk.
