First, u need to change tht marbell cutting disc to a resinoid steel cutting disc. Dun jam the whole disc deep into the metal. Apply slight pressure until its like scraping the metal, dun sink it in like cutting marbel. jus touch the the edge of tht disc wif the metal...manuever it around the circle and walla u got urself a round blowhole. Another slower alternative is buy a side cutting drill bit but more accurate..i use it oni for acrylics.

Ask the hardware shop...tht grinder is multi-purpose tool. different disc..for different material....
