Ducky one is kinda annoying especially the win key, and has the holes for led lit through.

Let's just hope it's not oem profile, because cherry profile is awesome thumbup.gif

As for the acrylic case, the borders are too sharp and its not comfortable to lay ur palm over it when typing.

would you think sand down the sharp borders a good idea? hmm.gif

Unless I have the skills and proper tools.
I guess if round borders is better choice.
Else get wrist rest sad.gif

That frame really looks plasticish. Does it really give the keyboard a nice feel?

A better term to call it would be perspex material actually. Did some reading on the material
*
It's plastic in the first place.
In terms of sturdiness, which is not bad actually.
MKC make decent stuff.

QUOTE(kaysa @ Mar 23 2013, 10:24 AM)
You shouldn't lay your palm over the keyboard when typing, right? tongue.gif
*
My table is bit high. sad.gif
I lay my wrist on table and my fingers will position properly.
eventually my palm will touched the frame ( seldom lift my hand to type ), and yeah...

Well, technically yes, but that kind of a glossy surface is no different from Razer's Black Widow which is typically a dust magnet
*
Razer is black, definitely very visible.
But I doubt you always touch the frame surface.
Most likely the bottom row part, then have to wipe once a while laugh.gif

If the table that placing the keyboard is too high,
your shoulder will be straining a lot while using mouse or keyboard.
that is not a good posture for computing....

there are those table that have the  keyboard placing on a drawer design under the table top,
that is a better posture for typing on keyboard and using the mouse.
*
Just like my office, yeah I agree with you placing in the drawer is much better.
But what to do when my table at house is like that sad.gif
