Server is under maintenance.
Got nothing to do, so i upload video.

I used andariel's visage, resulted dropped of EHP by 70k+.
HP and discipline are managed in proper manner nonetheless.
Preparation was not even used.
Just bola + echoing blast.
1:45 (105sec). Slight longer than my previous test.
The difference could be the (frequency) proc of marked for death and CD.
It's still better than my 1476DPS Manti (with marquise ruby + radiant emerald).

I see frequent 300K-350K damage on white mobs with bola.
With +29% elites from SoJ, I think both.

No, it's set at highest graphic details @ 1920x1080

I use fire damage SoJ.

Yes, my HP drained. It could be graphic bug.

Try different builds.
WW/HOTA/WT/C4/CM/Bears/Archon/Bells.. etc etc.

The beauty of this game is the combination of skills.
The more I play the more I find D3 development team is a genius.

InB4 D2 LOD is a much better game

Do some tests @ Ghom MP10 to find out your real damage.

Died a lot at MP5? I reckon you have low EHP

I'd say no.
If you want to use engineering, perhaps you can have nightstalker, archery & engineering.

By the way, try calamity.
Many people dropped manticore for calamity recently.
It changes the whole gameplay & survivability, IMO.

P/S Manticore is getting cheaper and cheaper now.

Yes, all of these, MoD, hatred regen & speed.

Just choose a calamity with socket, and put a marquise ruby.

How do I explain the goodness of calamity?
Remember you said, you can use bola up to MP8 and you have to use grenades for MP10?
I understand what you meant.
With calamity, you can use bola and any skill up to MP10.
You will find the game play suddenly becomes ezpz.
No more slow explosion of bola. Discipline is well managed. Much better survivability etc etc.

The price of calamity is still not as insane as echoing fury with LS.

P/S With archery, you get 10% CC with 1-hand bow

P/S Forgot to mention. With calamity, even though i lose more than 60K EHP (use Andariel's Visage i/o Mempo), I still have much better survivability @ MP10.
So, you can drop some EHP and go for more dps. You have some flexibility to tweak your build.

Look at the dps, ias, cd and +% damage
The one on the left is better.

You can time how many seconds needed to kill Ghom @ MP8.
And do comparison between Manti and Cammy, to find out real damage per second

You will have excellent survivability too, unless you encounter nasty elites (with vortex) that pull you land on the eyes of arcane.

You should be doing perfectly well @ MP10 if you can keep your EHP at the range of 300K-350K (d3up)

Yes, Manti has higher damage per hit. And Cammy has higher damage per second.

You have both damage & survivability with cammy.

Time for a 1.2K DPS Cammy with marquise ruby??

For me, I don't just look at armor & AR anymore.
I look at EHP.

I have 2.10 AS with Manti, 220K paper DPS.
I have 3.06 AS with Cammy, 200K paper DPS.

Ghom test, Cammy can dish out more damage per second for my build.

Nice bow.
The price for Cammy is not expensive for now, as compared to EF with LS.

Deckard, can you please help me to do a test?
Try do MP10 Ghom, just bola/spike trap and time how long it takes to kill it.

I just got a manticore. Testing a different thing on manti now.
(More CD or More DPS on weapon)

Actually the difference is more than 20K DPS because I use SoJ (that scales with increase of DPS).

I just bought a Manticore just now.
Manticore still rocks in low MP due to its high damage per hit (i mean better than cammy).
Give 1-shot to mobs.
