Does anyone use Windows 8? Why when I installed Kies, it cannot detected my phone? This is my 1st time using Kies as waiting for OTA update is too long and I'm not received it yet. Don't want wait anymore and decide to use Kies. But Kies cannot detected my phone. Troubleshoot also same. Now only wait my turn for OTA coming.

From 0% to about 80% took about 5 hours. Is it normal? I start charging from 0 and it already turn off. Is it my phone or battery or charger got problem?
