It depends on how it was broken. If it is due to human error, it is not covered under the warranty.Samsung Galaxy S III I9300 Official Thread V26, Happy Chinese New Year 2013 :D

It could easily be that you occasionally accidentally touch the 'm' key above. Reason it does not happen in numerical keyboard is probably due to that the keys are higher which eliminates accidental touching of the keys above.
For landscape mode, the keys are larger and therefore accidental touches of wrong keys are not so rampant. |

QUOTE(l K l P l @ Jan 24 2013, 03:38 PM) nope bro. i already eliminate the accidentally part.. as i tried it carefully by pressing it.. most of the time it will show m instead of dot. so funny . and nope. the key not higher in numerical keyboard. the same gap. Have you tried other recourse like resetting the Keyboard settings, re-starting your phone or even hard reset, which of course should be your last resort? |

That being the case, afraid you have to do the factory reset. If after that it doesn't work, you have no choice but to send it in to the SC.

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Jan 31 2013, 11:49 PM) Bwahaha..the guy already said dont want to use 3rd party app for gallery.. This jerk never learns. Either he doesn't read at all what were posted and shoots from the hips or like I said of him on several occasions earlier, his comprehension of the language is limited to the size of the grey matters in his brain which evidently is minute.Easiest way is let the Gallery built up its cache fully first. Since it have folder..the cache wont built fully. To solve it..need to open the Gallery then open each folder one by one so the cache can completed. After that opening Gallery will be a breeze |

QUOTE(blues-grey @ Feb 5 2013, 11:01 PM) You baffle me. You said your computer read the storage to be 3gb and now you are saying your phone states 15gb free space??!!Anyway, for original sets(16gb variant), free space will never be that much. |

QUOTE(blues-grey @ Feb 5 2013, 11:10 PM) that's why i'm also pening lalat right now, inside the phone, stated memory space 15gb....but when i connected it to laptop, it stated the space only 3gb or less...got virus ka? I reiterate, it is most probably a clone set. You can call up Samsung 'hotline' to cross-check your phone IMEI with them. |
