Are u complaining on the time of charging of phone or power bank itself?  If phone, Wall charger also takes 2-3 hrs. What do u expect for the power bank? How long it take for your power bank to reach 100%?

That was my answer. Dont expect for full charge in an hour time...
And i did ask u. Ur problem is with your phone or external power bank but anyhow you still will get the same answer.

Just sent my S3 for service for the hairline cracks that appeared on my phone again for the 2nd time.

this time, the worker there told me i'm unable to claim warranty because the cracks aren't covered under warranty, which is true. just have to wait and see if they accept or not.

my previous encounter was good because the worker helped me put LCD problem to successfully claim warranty.

anyone interested in this limited edition case?
