Great communication and responsive support. Note that this is my first time subscribing a Seedbox service for the purpose of maintaining a positive seeding ratio at certain private tracker sites. Granted there are many other competitors offering similar seedbox service but I'm glad to choose Kaosbox as a starting point, of course, for the customer service too.

Both the upload and download speed does not disappoint and is attest to the 1Gbit port speed. Of course the uploading speed still depends on the number of leechers. Guess there are always time to learn for a new thing, in this case, how to maintain a positive seeding ratio.
