Do you mean  course of study to be a real estate valuer?

Besides getting formal training, you need to be licenced by the The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia to be able to practise as a valuer.

The course usually goes by the title of real estate management or surveying. In M'sia, I think UTM has a big dept in studies in this area. Also avaialble in UM and Mara.
