reminds me of my case, last time my car's battery died a few days after i collect the car, i call them but to no avail, then my mum fax a letter of complaint through fax using her office line, and straight away got ppl come collect my car to change battery
coz the fax header shows a law firm, and the manager though got ppl wanna sue them |
