haha, you wait long long somemore. Honda Malaysia will not allocate another new unit for you.
Even if you bring it to tribunal, the most they would offer you is to refurbish and recondition the car to new meaning to rectify all the defects. This is definitely a new unit but it was left in the port for too long.
Been there, done that.
Count yourself unlucky this time.

You should instead request the sales assistant to allocate the car away to another buyer and then wait. Otherwise, the only option you have is to cancel the booking and incur a penalty fee.
