Hi, but before you take the refund are you allowed to view the replacement March 2012 Insight first? If it's really new and much better compared to the first one maybe you would change your mind?? I think don't give up on the Honda Insight easily if you don't have to, it's one of the best car in the B Segment. I'm getting one too, still waiting for my 2013 Insight cool2.gif..........................

I used to be honda fans since most of my family member using Honda car, but now no more..
Honda dealer irresponsible, honda customer service with quite arragont attitude...

Anyway, enjoy ur 2013 insight, make sure you check every single things before sign off the collection list. Else, you ll be one of them who wrote complaint on Honda facebook pages. Take 1 min go to honda fb pages, there are so many complaints , you will be suprised..

Seriosuly after honda taken by hicom, everything changed..

Alright, I will of course check everything including tyre pressures (I'll bring my tyre pressure gauge) and ask all related questions to my Sales Advisor. Yes I check the Honda Malaysia Facebook Page (and Insight Thread V6 in this website) every single day........

My family bought 2 Hondas (City VTEC & CRV 2.5 Gen Facelift) years ago from different Dealers, and overall our experience with them and the service centres are quite good, Selangor area. Our City VTEC is 7 years old and still going strong with good fuel efficiency (much better than Toyota Vios), no problems with the CVT.

I think you're quite unlucky this time around, next time try a different Dealer and Service Centre? Every make/manufacturer have their flaws.....

You're getting the Elantra? Did you test drive it, is it good?

Hyundai elantra not bad at all.. Spacious (c segment) and comfort (leather perhaps).. Fuel consumption maybe negative in this area, but not worst, since im using waja which is 20cents/km , i can said still acceptable.. For resale value concern, im going to use it more than 5 years, it is not a concern anymore..hehe..

Anyway, refund in progress... Thread close. Hehehe....

Honda Malaysia is a crony big company. I'm sure they give you Thailand flooded car won't give you a 2nd hand car as new.

Of course not yet settled la..
Yes, Honda agrees the refund..but Honda denied the insurance portion, instead Honda said it should be claimed from the Honda dealer..
because I purchased the insurance outside, not from the Honda dealer..
And now, the Honda dealer refuse to make the refund...

Conclusion, Honda Malaysia pusing to Honda dealer and the dealer pusing back to Honda Malaysia.. rclxub.gif

But it is okay, i wont do the ownership transfer, and at the end of the day, the Honda dealer wont be able to sell the insight out just because they dont want to refund me the insurance portion.. whistling.gif
