Best way to deal with Maxis customer support is to demand to speak to a manager,

The general staff cannot do anything.

If you are asked for a call back from a manager say you want to speak to one now, they will lie and say no manager there or at a meeting. Just say you will wait on the line until the manager is available.

It is very annoying how Maxis still haven't trained their front line staff on the recent changes to these packages please do not give up on your complaint and keep going until your issue is resolved.

Recently a manager promised to refund all of my 1gb bundle until my 30gb quota reset however I am not sure how true that is given Maxis track record
