If Maxis is giving BIZ68 30GB quota, then those paying RM99 should able to argue and be offered the RM68 with 30GB too...

What is the value of additional RM31 paid to Maxis? Add into their profit pool with no extra value?

I am sure there is a lot that pay RM99 has been using the plan for years, so even if there was a contract, it should be over by now. I am not sure about other people, but I am going to ask for rebate to meet the price and equivalent quota.

I am pretty sure that Maxis has a team of ELITE setup just to brainstorm the excuses that the CS agents can use to tackle the waves of complaints from Maxis customers.
