QUOTE(yih1990 @ Jan 19 2013, 04:38 PM)
Malaysian consumers are the countries of the region to pay the highest broadband costs, while consumers can only enjoy the low-speed Internet access, the main factors behind because Telekom (Telekom Malaysia) holds a submarine cable landing rights (submarine cable landing rights)absolute monopoly advantage.trans by google.

If that is true, how did time get submarine cables?

2G network upgrade? Is it possible that maxis may be migrating some of the 1800Mhz (2G) frequency to LTE?

What if Maxis have the right to terminate your subscription at any time since Legacy plans aren't under contract anymore? There's nothing in the contract that says they have to provide this plan forever..
