The agreement which people signed for legacy Unlimited 3G Internet only applied to 3G.It also had a clause which said that Maxis reserves the right to make changes in future services.

Now with a new 4G service, Maxis has the right to set new terms since the previous contract only covers upo 3G, EDGE and GPRS in those early years.
