QUOTE(lenyek_penyek @ Jan 18 2013, 07:10 PM) hopping on to the next version V9 will be remembered as the most dupes have ever been created among all other Maxis 3G threads. V9 will always be remembered as the most disappointing moment with maxis, with a lot of ragers and flame wars lets make this a better version This post has been edited by HiT-AbLe: Jan 18 2013, 07:17 PM |

So what's the verdict now? Is Maxis trying to play the hiding game with this non-checkable quota, pretend and fool us to let us think we have unlimited usage?

Am I the only one who thought Maxis has gone too far? First they implemented quota on all unlimited plans without telling anyone, then disable the usage checking system and let's us think unlimited is back, but in fact quota is still there. I must say that Maxis is really good at pissing off their customers.

QUOTE(blacktubi @ Jan 19 2013, 07:56 PM) If you think slightly more positive I just hope that what you've said is true and gonna to happen soon.Maxis implemented quota Too many bad response They decided to provide back unlimited quota System updated but still having issue It is weekend, the admin are sleeping, how about wait Monday. There are thousands of users on the same package, it is very difficult to update the system in one click One update, the whole authentication and QoS system need to be rebooted I've been really pissed off about the whole drama ever since quota implementation started not too long ago. Rumors plus confusions, got different answers from all the CSO and users, Maxis somehow has some superglue on their mouth and can't open and say a single word about it. Mad. |

Maxis please makes an official announcement, you want to put quota or not, just inform us professionally. Such a big company and can't even make a proper announcement.

QUOTE(johnlau91 @ Jan 21 2013, 07:49 PM) I;ve mine reset the day before, 30GB. Keep on dreaming to think that Maxis will come out and say anything regarding this issue. Their new business practice is to make it as silent as possible, better nobody notices and they can suck more blood from their customers. It seems like maxis has changed their policy, RM250 capped on PAY PER USE is no longer available for newly postpaid customer. Can anyone please verify that? I'm not abusing internet, but retrieving files once in a blue moon from my server which could take up a lot of quota. thank you ! |

QUOTE(noobandroid @ Jan 21 2013, 10:56 PM) we are trying to make a message here, u gave us unlimited and then took it away, so we are gonna make them realize it is a mistake and make them get continuous loss until they change If u want to be serious then you shouldn't discuss it here openly, try to create a private FB group or something and discuss, or else ms.crack will report it to maxis and here we go again. |

Maxis is the master of confusing ppl. The quota thing is now a guessing game, nobody can 100% sure the finalized quota for all the plans, only Maxis knows and they like to keep it as a secret, somehow.
Don't get my started on Maxis cs, u can try and talk to different cs and you'll vomit blood coz they'll give u different answers. |

After this incident, I'll never ever use Maxis broadband again, whether it's their mobile 3G or FTTH. They can screw you at any time as they like and counter with FUP, and the worst part is that they didn't even bother to tell you.
TM is a lot better than Maxis, although Unifi also has FUP, from the record TM has never implemented any quota/cap among their broadband products so far afaik. |

QUOTE(digilife @ Jan 22 2013, 06:42 PM) Terminating Legacy is quite a hard decision btw, once u terminate it it'll be forever gone. So have to 100% sure that whether the quota is here to stay permanently before making any decision. |
