It is easier for Maxis to pull back any changes and reduce their liability if they don't make any public wide announcement. That's why Maxis doesn't dare to make the announcement on their website or in the newspaper because they don't know the reaction from their customers and what type of action the affected customer would make.

At least, we know that we have a lot of Maxis customers have brought up the issue to CFM and SKMM. I am very sure we have a few that will even  escalate it further if Maxis does react because they have all the supporting facts to their case.

Too much of down time since last year october, too much trouble in quality of the connection,..

Yikes - finished quota yesterday, and my refresh is only on the 10th ... And 48 for topup 1gig a bit too expensive .. Now resorting to use iphone hotspot (legacy which sadly also kena cap) for our browsing needs.. At the rate my kids use youtube think that will also finish soon..

yes agree. sicne maxis change plan,. we need to change also, we wont win the war. i accept that after 1 week call cs and getting the same answer for the multisim and boz99 .... already get a unifi and will install this week.... after that will onl ykeep boz99 sim while return back the multisim since it will share the quota with the rest...

You can activate the multisim which is in handphone to be the one receiving phone calls and sms.
You should have one contact in the Sim named Select Profile. Call that number to activate the multisim as the primary one, or use USSD code *134*1*0000#
