QUOTE(hyperyouth_firepower @ Jan 23 2013, 01:01 AM) you can request for it, for this month's cycle. if you read the past threads, that is. its like a way to soften the 'blow'. i didnt request it, maxis cs said they add in for me...=='''...so blur nowbut since you got it without asking, i'm surprised. Really. |

the quota is still there, maxis high level employee says that...and one manager told me they prefer customer to file their complains to their HQ first before getting to SKMM or other agency, so the problem can be solved faster, he also told me skmm agreed the 30gb set by Maxis and skmm requested them to limit usage...
these are what I heard when I visit Maxis HQ YESTERDAY...can believe or not? the choice is yours....I guess most ppl lost faith with maxis ady *sry for typo, it's yesterday... This post has been edited by ajax91: Feb 1 2013, 07:25 PM |

QUOTE(leecwai @ Feb 1 2013, 07:39 PM) Thanks for the information. Whatever the "high level people" or Maxis manager said, it is only the management talk only. i also dont believe what they said, maxis canot be trusted...when i say a lot of customers are terminating the plan, the manager seems to be surprised...but he did say that the plan that are capped are temporary, and will be changed again, not sure better or worse, but today a lot of users on legacy and biz plan get back normal speed, maxis also cant afford to lose existing big customers like us before new 4G customers getting on board...and if their reputation get bad, it will be harder for them to pull new customerNo one would want to escalate to the authorities if Maxis has listened to the complaints on Twitter, Facebook, Maxis Forum and via their CS. But instead of reacting on the issue, they made it worst for the users. Whether SKMM agreed to Maxis or not, it is not our concern. We just want our true unlimited back. Simple. I believed the whole issue started with Maxis LTE and Maxis wanted to limit the usage (not SKMM driven). The part that SKMM agreed to the 30GB is when Maxis asked SKMM for their view on changing the unlimited to 30GB. It is normal that any authorities would agree to it since there is no impact to them. Definitely Maxis would bring up "AGAIN" the FUP in front of SKMM to convince them that 30GB is fair. I don't care with what they say because whatever they say don't carry any weight anymore until I see the thing myself. |

QUOTE(Safar @ Feb 4 2013, 06:07 PM) As for now you don't have to worry, i 100% certain you are not capped and will get full speed, at least for now. I still cant check quota, but I had seen some other ppl posted that they can check, for those ppl who can check quota, now still showing capped at 30gb??Till Maxis do something stupid like what happen, but im sure this time they will be more careful. Again i wont go easy if they use any word such cap or using "FUP" (fuk up plan) on Unlimited plan. Hope lesson learn and move on, downloaded more than 90GB on both my Legacy and Biz86 - so far speed still good. Tested in 2 area i normally use, in fact speed get better now. Used to get 2mbps in location A, now getting 4mbps, while 12mbps in location B and now around 14mbps - 17mbps. They will always say will be cap soon, but as long they don't have, enjoy using it, don't get bugged or worry something they say will happen soon. |
