U means 1v1 matchup on the lane between these hero or in a 5v5 match , which hero would be better for solo?
I'd go QOP for overall , he can harass , mobile ( harder to gank ) , and can help in ganking. A pretty good semi carry.

Butcher can also be very good in ganking if you know how to hook , positioning . But is vulnable to being gank and harassed at mid. Rune control is harder compared to QOP who has blink.

For bane , I tk it's a very strong mid laner with very decent harassing depend on your skill build, with the -atk dmg and miss skill , it makes enemy hard to last hit and that brain sap will makes your harassment better. Nightmare can prevent ganking from enemies.

But normally , mid laner are heroes that need level and can help in ganking other lanes. Bane isn't as good as qop or pudge IMO since it's spell is all single target. Even butcher's hook and bite also single target, but the rots is AOE and it's really painful in the early stage.
