It seems like a lot of stuffs got removed from the store, baby roshan, bastion announcer and other announcers as well are gone. I was thinking to get a bastion announcer but it's not in store anymore, anyone has this problem?

I am using 4mbps streamyx and can watch 720p smoothly.

It doesn't look like server down, I think the main client is currently having difficulties connecting to singapore server, I just tried Dota 2 Test and it just worked fine when I try to select singapore server and start a lobby game.

The IP for singapore server starts with 103.10.124.1(after valve changed the server IP last week), both main client and test client sharing same IP server range, tracert to this IP is returning result which means servers are actually up.

- Chat wheel isn't prevented when communication banned.
- Fixed bug allowing more than the maximum reports/commends per week.
- Allow chat in private/tournament lobbies while communication banned.
- Players are now notified how much time is remaining on the communication ban.
- Fixed server stability issue that was resulting in a reduced number of servers and long wait times.
- Fixed issue where heroes were not displaying in the Loadout panel when using some items.
- Workshop panel updates the hero and item models on import.
- Fixed an issue where some courier effects were not being loaded and displayed.
- Fixed an issue where Lina's Fiery Soul skin was incorrect.

All current communication bans have been lifted as of this update.
