drag the render thing to lowest. also disable vsync.

and close all programs including anti virus, browser etc.

not sure turn off network quality will work or not.

and also resolution turn to smallest?

medusa+troll warlord is also a new dps combo,

Finally there's some use in picking medusa. I always pick some random hero that I've decided to "troll" (No not troll warlord, it's just some hero that can annoy players/do fun stuff with) with, if my pub teammate picks medusa (not the case if it's my friend) because I do not trust medusa players as they contribute usually nothing in a team fight.

I hate farming games anyway (usually 40+ mins long games).

If you going to use Medusa

you bettter in a party at least 3 people,
a good medusa+good support can teamwipe pretty easily in late game

finally some use to Divine Rapier inside a legit built,
well >_> depends la i do not buy divine rapier built if i see the game can't sustain
i.e : enemy have alot of pusher and keep ganking nonstop.

Well divine is the one of the few viable ways for medusa to carry the way I see it. But as always, there is always the risk of buying and dropping the DR. (Daedalus or MKB also can though but before those items, medusa kinda useless cause can't chase heroes to get kill as carry and can only farm)

There's one game my friend bought 2 DRs and almost teamwipe (if not for my ks and laughs) the opponent team, he even almost had a third but I told my other friends to end game cause I didn't want him to get a Rampage which is easily done after 3 DRs LOL.

Carry VS is the best!
