Weird today I play a few games quite lag...is it cause of the new sever thingy?

jus now i ply with one friend..my team got one player ping so high..enemy team there..3 player also get high ping lag like shit..even in SEA server..they say unable to ply properly

yea.. my ping doubled as of today. Will remain so until 26th of April. shit

my ping is always around 30 to 80.. suddenly 200+ today.

i got no ping problem and currently playing with winter.

is not the server problem.

is those ppl renting or paying some services to ddos players through skype to get the ip address of the players then ddos them.(mostly those person who did this are making bet on several o9 sites for real money between the match)

Guys , I'm having this problem that whenever I try to play DotA 2 with skype in the background , my group calls get muted and I can't hear my friends talking but they can hear me .

I have the minimize my DotA 2 everytime if I want to hear my friends talking . How do I counter this problem ? I'm running on windows 8
