just limit your upload & download speed.

the game could still be sluggish though coz torrenting hog alot of resources.

you mean auto cast ? like a - forge spirit , b - sunstrike c - tornado , etc etc ?

is not allow in dota 2 for such thing.

just use non-legacy for invoker is much more easier
