How did Valve match all the players in the public match up?

I had 2 games last night. 1 game, in a radiant team with opponent playing like kids. Randomly run out alone and opponent BH keep sticking to Axe with his windwalk. Axe spin around creeps and BH died = ="

Second game, Im on the receiving side. Radiant team keep tapao my side and two players keep on feeding. They doesnt stick or listen, just keep charging out and at one point, walk all the way to Radiant camp and got slaughtered.

The match up is seriously imbalance, either you kena tapao 99 or ppl tapao you 99. I had few closely fight match but that is very very few occasion. Normally lose also don't mind but the way other noob players screw up your game really annoying.

you could try out shadow demon.. a very good support hero..

or vengefull spirit, can save ur carry during late game, a good swap can help u win teamfights even u r on the lower advantage..

get to use with twin head dragon / vs / cm / sand king / kotl / ogre / lina / shadow demon / rhasta & and few more

this is top tier support that u can learn to use slowly

for me, for beginner, VS is the most suitable to use first..
with VS, u can either learn to become good support or good semi carry...

shadow demon personally i not really like to use for most situation as if that first skill is either trap or save enemy from damage, 2nd skill curse need take practice a little for that, 3rd skill need to use wisely, and last one just aim the one you want kill. not really efficient support because only can disable 1 hero.

VS wise i either go tanker built+ arcane boot or boost little dmg for that, depend on team compo, but usually gain more HP and STR better for you swap enemies and come out alive lulz.

normally with some combination of other heroes, sd can produce high output of damage.

shadow demon to counter PL army is damn fun...
trap PL illusion and just let them fight each other

Actually I think Lich is a top tier as well, can get kills easily.
I'd say try VS/Licj/Ogre/Jakiro/KOTL/SD

Those are easy and solid support heroes

ya, need depend on situation, usually not work if opponent is those manta style type + PL.

i rather get Dark Seer , but ult not working on PL illusion right. even SD one...

use moon better, bounce everywhere to destroy all illusion, even undying's tombstone zombies

best heroes for newcomers for me is lina, tidehunter, tiny, sand king.

then i started to play riki, drow, viper, gondar.

last night first time successfully played weaver. epic comeback, see the witch doctor. at one point he kept buying sentries and put them all over the jungle for meepo to farm. really nice support.
