Didnt check the launching price. Just base on bank valuation. Above post got state the bank valuation for the unit. 800k.

Opening of this unit:

Is durian runtuh since Verdi only come partial furnish from the developer with preinstall kitchen cabinet and aircon that's all.
So getting those other furniture plus most important thing the unit is in okay condition is a bonus.

Refer the posting date. 3 months apart = 90 days. Meaning the new owner settled everything before breaking into the unit. Everything inside the house is now legally his coz the house is already legally under his name.

Slight mistake on the auction date. Actual auction date is today.
Unit sold at 523k. Hahaha. Much higher than last month reserve price. And who say number 14 nobody interested?

All big size unit still end up sold at above 500k in the lelong market. Meaning still got demand from buyer, will attract ppl when the price is cheap enough.
