hi guys, for those of you still want to remain un-root and having battery issue, try this:

1. Using home->running (go launcher feature).
2. You will find 3 apps (Mwarranty, FM, QQdoc) which is sticky there even u "sweep" them for many times.
3. So now you just simply holding in an app, and after that touch on either one of the 3 apps, choose info.
4. Then u will now be in the apps info setting page, in here, you Force Stop (M warranty, QQdoc) and Disable (FM Radio).
5. If you restarted your phone somehow, you may need to repeat the steps ahead.
6. For the disabled FM radio, you need to find back the FM radio and enable it back in order to use it again.
7. That's all, hope it help, it's working for me.

Ya, delete them will be good as well, just I though I might need them someday later, who knows, so temporary disable them will be good enuff to save the battery. If I needed them, just activate them back.

for me, if having this issue with android device, worth come to worth need to root the phone. After that install Root Explorer and delete the apps that use the battery a lot.  thumbup.gif

You can actually set what you wan to do which each sim, so you may set your old sim to be voice and sms, and new sim to data and 3g. It's all under Settings->SIM management.

Yes, he is right.

QUOTE(JJKTP @ Jan 18 2013, 09:20 PM)
Is that mean you can choose which SIM can do 3G without having to physically switch the SIM from one slot to another?

great to hear it's working for you, same here using V15, have same result like yours, if you want to go further, maybe can consider to remove the go launcher, yet I remain it since I find it ok for me

QUOTE(mashimoro85 @ Jan 19 2013, 09:02 PM)
Love this method! Thank you very much! My battery can last 2 - 3 days now. Using V15, un-root  rclxms.gif

did you force stop the M-warranty? it's also one of the main factor that drain battery while idle. Ur phone wont go deep sleep with that in background.

very simple, go to Settings->Apps->All tab(rightmost)->scroll to bottom-> FM radio is there, just enable it to use it, but we may need to reboot your phone

QUOTE(darrow @ Feb 19 2013, 05:29 PM)
