eh why my bp2 cannot use the data plan from digi...my bp2 comes with the pre installed sim i can make a call but i cant use the data and on the signal doesnt state the type of connection...anyone have the same problem or anyone has the solution

helpp i cant my phone stuck at 9 logo after flash to v17...before this im using wiko v15...and also i cant do the reset because it shows the android robot with the warning sign
