Two days ago, my brother and I went there to buy black pearl and the person at the counter said that the price would be RM399 unless you trade in old phone then you will get RM100 rebate. We kept saying that there is RM100 from the manufacturer's rebate but he said no. To make is short, turn out the person who actually in charge from skmm ninetology's products is Alex and it is not both of the person who work at the counter! Alex said, both of the person doesn't really know anything. So, if any one you guys friends who planned to get black pearl there, do make sure the person you're dealing with is Alex.
