Paid high price  but get low cost stuff, 
if would  I pay low price I don't mind with such big differences.

Was I  paid high for the location?  Not really.

I decided to buy a condo in high price in Cheras because I trusted binastra will give me a good luxury stay experience base on the design and luxury feel in this property.
Binastra should know this better than all of us. (because this is how they market GR since day one) 

All of the GR buyers was paying for the luxury design not for location.
Dear Binastra,  Why like this??  Pleaas see the picture below,

  will it really save alot of money by not following the luxury impression you gave us? It could save how much that binastra willing to spoil their good name by doing this? 
  Means they set up a property price was fully base on the Video impression only.

I agree with u. Previously i was like ok nvm lets wait until VP but things have been going to drive me crazy. It is not acceptable for me...so many things to list down..

to clarify, there are buyers purchase with furnished and non-furnished unit.  Therefore some package with grill, kitchen cabinet and wardrobe. but some empty unit.  Am I right?
