Estimate which month complete?

Few days ago I when to the site to have a look and update. This is the progress now.

For the first photo, if I not mistaken, this is the service room.

For the second photo, I not sure too.

Any update on the status of Green Residence?

1. Looks like the development stop posting the progress. Will it on schedule and when is the expected date to complete?

2. Will the road access be wider and how many car link in total? Can this accommodate to all the owner around this area?

3. In between the Hyundai service center and Green Residence land. What will this land be in future? Any plan on this land?

4. Anyone here compare Green Residence and Cloud Tree Cheras before? Both looks like same concept and price. Any comments on this?

I just went to the show room at end of Dec 2016 and check with the salesman. Left 60 units in total. All big units. There might be earlier for the project completion.

For me the facade color looks good to me too, hope it can maintain the brightens and I find out there is few Pros and Cons;

- All the facilities looks "HUGE"!!! especially the swimming pool! I never see a condo swimming pool before as big as this one. (especially in Cheras area)

- The Swimming Pool deck finish with wood flooring and planted Frangipani trees! It looks like resort style. Very nice!

- Kid playground looks good and luxury in term of the facilities and space. Hope the water theme park turn out with a surprise and be different then other kid water theme park.

- The guard house is really small! But looks like there is some planter box ready for creeper around the guard house?

- Hope the road is 2 way in and 2 way out all the way from main road into the condo. I saw before some of the condo only have 2 way entrance and 2 way exit, but after the guard house the road will narrow down become 1 way in and 1 way out. It create a jam and frustration for the owners! finger cross.

- The extended pillars/support structure don't looks nice. Hope it can be finish it nicer with more greens.

- I found out there is additional outdoor gym beside basketball field. This is BONUS!

- I'm very impress with the basketball field because it have left and right concrete seat for the audience! Looks like can do a mini basketball competition in future!

- I feel all the facilities is very suitable for family and athlete. Can do triathlon here. Swim, Bike and Run. LOL

Hope it plant more greens and big tress around the Green Residence. Expected more beautiful landscape because GREEN landscape is the main selling point for this property. I also heard some news regarding the VP will be on coming this April! Looking forward!

Looking forward for this. Hmmm... I have no idea how they going to cover it up also. Hope our future Green Residence is really green enough and better landscape then other condo. Because this is the main selling point.

Update: Looks like Binastra changing the fence. All the fence is dismantle now.

The VP date will be on April. Binastra have send out letter for collecting water and electricity deposit last week. Anyone received this?

Yes! you have to go Binastra Office to make the payment with a photocopy IC.

Hi, I realise this also. I am wondering what is this? Looks like refugee camp? Any idea?

Are we allowed to go in to have a look? Anyone try before?

I realise the swimming pool is different from the visual. It suppose to be raise up swimming pool and now it looks flat / same level with the floor and from black color marble change to blue mosaic at the edge of the swimming pool. Anyone notice this?

From my research and understanding from other Architect firm, Binastra Land is a class A construction company previously and it have a very good record and reputation. I really hope it won't disappoint us and I still put high hope on Binastra Land. Really hope everything turn out great and meet the expectation.
