Any update on the status of Green Residence?
1. Looks like the development stop posting the progress. Will it on schedule and when is the expected date to complete? 2. Will the road access be wider and how many car link in total? Can this accommodate to all the owner around this area? 3. In between the Hyundai service center and Green Residence land. What will this land be in future? Any plan on this land? 4. Anyone here compare Green Residence and Cloud Tree Cheras before? Both looks like same concept and price. Any comments on this? |

It create a jam and frustration for the owners! finger cross. - The extended pillars/support structure don't looks nice. Hope it can be finish it nicer with more greens. - I found out there is additional outdoor gym beside basketball field. This is BONUS! - I'm very impress with the basketball field because it have left and right concrete seat for the audience! Looks like can do a mini basketball competition in future! - I feel all the facilities is very suitable for family and athlete. Can do triathlon here. Swim, Bike and Run. LOL Hope it plant more greens and big tress around the Green Residence. Expected more beautiful landscape because GREEN landscape is the main selling point for this property. I also heard some news regarding the VP will be on coming this April! Looking forward! |

The VP date will be on April. Binastra have send out letter for collecting water and electricity deposit last week. Anyone received this?
