Same with me, previously I am looking at Cloud Tree and Green Residence too. From the update of Could Tree, it really look impressive. The greenery can easily win Green Residence. Sorry to say that. Honestly the advantage of Could Tree is the very well plan layout, cheaper price, and more like hotel feel. I'm happy for Could Tree owners.

The only Green Residence win Could Tree is the location and the developer background. But now looks like a bit sour compare the progress for this 2 property now. Just some normal plants and trees, this is call Green Residence? I expected it looks like Jungle or more greens then other normal property. Previously all the Binastra project looks great. Maybe not this round. 2 more months to go!

Yah! You can see the guard house looks more grand compare to GR. All carpark area and plain wall is cover by creeper. You can see there is structure for creeper for future grow. The Cloud Tree Logo looks huge and light out from inside. It really looks like a dream house for everyone. Now make me think back, what so impressive about Green Residence??? Is GR a good buy? Don't forget, GR is more expensive then Could Tree!

Hi, I try to check from the Green Residence scale model. I think the build up is more similar with the scale model compare to the animation video or the visual they provided. Please have a look.

From this comparison, I think they follow the Scale Model more then the Visual/Video design. Maybe the Visual and Video is the first draw design before they confirm the final design and build on the Scale Model. What do you think?

Actually I agree with you. Visual is just for illustration purpose. Visual is just for the product imagination. The real product can't be 100% same as visual. If for those that haven see before the visual, then you will think this actual product not that bad. Is because we compare too much with the visual, so our expectation is different and feel disappointed. But I agree, not too bad for the actual. Just hope the build in, is well done and when get VP, every things looks good. finger cross.

This building is still under construction la... Elevator haven operate yet brother. You are in construction site, not shopping mall le... What you expected? Car park light is always ON 24hours. Don't argue with me on this, because I almost everyday see this building. For the location is too far away from KL? You are joking? Cheras area is 1 of the nearest to KL. Unless you stay next to KLCC la...

Anywhere for us to tag Binastra Land to get feedback from them? Hope there is 2 way discussion amount buyers and developers.

Maybe we need to discuss all this in Green Residence Facebook and tag Binastra Land if we have any enquiry, so there are aware on our concern. What do you all think?

There are changing the facade!

The swimming pool looks very different. It looks cheap with the plastic white cover on the drainage area. Where is the pebbles stone and infinity swimming pool as promise? Now the swimming pool level is same with the floor and it looks like public swimming pool. Are we having a 10years old design public swimming pool in GR?

Hahaha... Well we will see this very soon... Hopefully everyone happy with the outcome.
