Unit sold at reserve price 567k. Single bidder.
Unit come with 3 car park slots.
Unit is currently occupied with tenant. Outstanding maintenance 8000++ (but fully covered by the auction bank).

Anyway, this is the cheapest sold psf price in lelong so far. Good catch.
Probably coz many aiming at the other slightly cheaper price lelong unit end of this month.
