Please elaborate what u mean by bad access.. Green residence can be directly access by cheras kajang highway from both direction

access ok la , mainroad and 5-8 mins distance to Ekocheras mall (but always bad jam)

surrounding of green residence is very Greenery too (means less shoplot and convenience store) haha

lol actually this 1 considered ulu place, not hard to find....u go in hulu langat all like this

no surrounded shoplot or all old single story house....sorry to say is not good place for investment and own stay...except you dont mind pay toll go cheras south

i think when u go in there have a look then u will know....self stay definitely good, investment totally is bad idea no one will going to rent this place with 2k to 3k rental

ulu deep inside morning if u try to came out from the junction
i stay nearby because want to skip this toll then everyday will use the junction infront green residence lo...i not hate this place to me is a bit dalam..... prefer nice entrance and wider road to the green residence smile.gif

Just in case someone don't know what ulu means: Ulu is commonly used to describe a place that is remote, deserted, abandoned with little human traffic.
