How to get back multiwindow feature??? After update mine is gone!

I can't select the option, it is greyed out...I read some people have this problem too, but not many have discussed it.

If factory reset the phone, will all data be lost? Apps, photos etc??

WHOA! Just did something awful..I was charging my tab, putting it on the floor then as I sat at the study table I drew my chair sat down then after a couple minutes realised the leg of the chair was on the tab! It had a casing but Macron type so not very thick or high quality. So much pressure then on the screen then!

I checked and the screen seems to be fine, no distorted colours or cracks but am worried for the effect long term..do you think there will be any? What should I look out for to see if there is any problems if there are any?

I bought this from Senheng, with 1 year warranty, does it cover screen replacement? Just wondering, God forbid if anything happens to it.

i tested this and all seem to be ok, except the Wacom test. has anyone tried it? i'm not sure what i have to do, but whatever i scribble with my S-pen, it would show up FAIL.

PROBLEM!I just discovered that me front camera displays 'Camera Failed' when I try to open it. Rrar cMera works fine. This note has had some bumps but it had been fine all the while. (Not major bumps by the way) But today I just randomly decided to try *#0*# and everything was ok except the front cam. It was fine just a couple days ago and defnitely no accidents then.

I read thru some stuffs online and this problem is not neccessarily physical, but may be software..any idea how to fix this???

Does anyone have a 'Camera Failed' problem???

I had encountered it before and factory reset my tab corrected it somewhat. Tried other means too like clearing cached files, force stop...i dont like factory resetting it often, have to log in to all my apps again as some dont save data.

The problem happens to my front cam, never affected my rear cam. It happens intermittently, like I just took photos with the front cam then after a couple hours it failed!

It happened before the recent update but after this minor update it's still happening???!
