can u guys list down the park available in pj for exercise such as jogging?

kelana jaya park if wonderful for morning workouts...got a lot of people doing group tai chi's and jogging and walking...very very nice..

TTDI Park Better than Kelana Jaya Park..
I jog in KJ park wanna pengsan..very smelly the surrounding

Most of the parks and fields in Bandar Utama housing areas are very suitable for jogging.

Nice environment. Not near any busy roads with pollution.

Yeah the park is nice and not bad.. got diff levels, go a lil uphill, stairs and then downhill.. so quite challenging and then the best is the flooring. its layed with soft spongy material so it will not give pressure to your knees.

When you got nothing to do.. just look at the lake and look at the swimming tortises and also fishes. hehehe.. very relaxing place and not to mention the air is fresh cause the surrounding is trees
