One Damansara is good buy looking the the current market value and upcoming facilities.

No doubt

The traffic along Jalan PJU 10/1 are heavy during rush hour. 6.30am - 8am and 6pm - 7.30pm.

However, from Shell Petrol Station to the main traffic lights of Jalan Kuala Selangor will no take more than 15 minutes regardless how heavy is the traffic that i encountered off.

Agree with some of the people staying in Armanee condo and sutera damansara are complaining the most since they are located further in and with only 1 access. This is due to the traffic lights near Park avenue condo, schools and uphill traffics. This will take you atleast 30 minutes to reach to the main road. K.Selangor.

With plenty of urban area that yet to be develop, there is always a room for expansion in this area due to the density. Fairly high chances MRT 2 will have its station in D.Damai inview of the traffics congestion, single access road, high density population and mix income residents in this area.
