Expected the key will be handed around third week of March or early April, that's what I heard from the developer.

I think it is more than 17th floor, last I checked (when I paid the utilities deposit), the developer agent told me that it's already on 19th floor, so it's really a speedy development (considering the base is well developed since block A).

You may be right, block B might be able to move in maybe around year end or early next year

Can't agree more. My brother is staying at Armanee which is far inside than 1 Damansara. He said it's a tolerable traffic. 2-3 hours are just over exaggerated
