dont know why this condo value doesnt goes up... condo price still around 300k+... some more walking distance to mrt station..

Plenty of car bengkel, hardware store, sundry shops. Plenty of vacant shops too. Don’t get me wrong, there are traffic and crowd, but I wish they have more up market commercial like some modern cafe or some nice restaurant, which can add value to the property. Hopefully with MRT operating end of this year, will attract different tenant group. |
