Anywho, the Fitbit Flex is out for those interested.
http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/06/fitbit-flex-review/ In a nutshell, it's a value for money tracking band with BT & NFC. But cumbersome to use (sleep tracking) & some of the features aren't as good as the UP for now. This post has been edited by endless: May 7 2013, 06:19 PM |

Jawbone UP is just the thing for me......most reviews I read mentioned the lack of wireless connectivity to sync to be a drawback for this device.
My argument is that for a device that is made to be worn 24/7/365, I'd be more reassured of being safe without the radio waves hitting on me 24/7/365. Even though bluetooth may just emit a low power RF. It is still a microwave RF which may not see significant effects to the human...but you have to think about the significance of wearing it all the time. It is still a transmitter. I am not sure about the rest, but I'd stay away from those bands with wireless connectivity. |

Do let me know your UP ID so I can pin it on the list. |

Good to know more and more people are getting UP. Me averaging 6-7K steps a day, but sleep wise, almost 7 hours per day.
