Which one bro?

I've also preordered the Flex when it came out in CES but no indication on when they will be shipping them.

Fitbit one, i think.

Flex ish tempting but till the price is roughly out, I'll hold off any purchase.

Added to the list and also added you in the UP community.

Anyhow, my deep sleep is erratic. It's usually less than 30% of my total sleep.

I did see some guys here getting more than 50%. Mind sharing any tips? hmm.gif

AFAIK, the UP users average is approximately 50% of total sleep.

So, abnormal bro. sweat.gif

Anyhow, UP has acquired a new company and has additional integration with more apps. rclxms.gif

lol, alot of ppl complained regarding the sync feature as Jawbone made its name with BT headsets. So, why doesn't the UP has BT.

Let's hope V3.0 has NFC with BT ala Fitbit Flex

Yup, same here bro. I've improved it over the last month (my total sleep as well) & found it was due to a few factors:

1. Drank too much water before bedtime & woke up too many times. Stopped that.
2. Love to drink coffee at night. Stopped that.
3. Watching TV dramas at times which resulted in irregular sleep time. Now having a consistent wake up & sleep time (including Sundays +1 hour of sleep time)
4. Scratching (due to eczema) & bruxism. These two nothing much I can do for now to improve on.

what's the color of the light when the charging finish?

i noticed that mine is red light all the way.
